Privacy Policy
Effective October 14, 2026. Last updated October 14, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Suki AI Dental Billing (“Suki AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information through this website, sukiaidental.com. It applies to visitors and to people who contact us through the site.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website only. When we provide billing services to a dental practice, we handle that practice’s patient information as a business associate under HIPAA. That information is governed by our Business Associate Agreement with the practice and by the practice’s own Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this policy.
Please do not send patient information through this website or by email. We set up a secure way to share it once a Business Associate Agreement is in place.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a billing review, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, phone number if you provide it, practice name, your role, practice management software, number of locations, how billing is handled today, the services you are interested in and any message you write. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
- Spam protection. Our form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser for that purpose. Cloudflare describes this in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Site statistics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies or cross-site identifiers and does not build a profile of you.
Accessibility preferences
If you use the accessibility settings on this site, your choices are saved in your browser’s local storage under the key suki-a11y-v1. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
What we do not do
- We do not run advertising pixels, retargeting tags or session recording on this website.
- We do not set cookies to track you.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and set up your free billing review.
- To send you a confirmation that we received your request.
- To prepare a proposal and talk with you about our services.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, and only for those purposes:
- Cloudflare for hosting, security, spam protection and site statistics.
- Resend for delivering form submissions to our team and confirmation emails to you.
- Our business email provider, for receiving and replying to your messages.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, with notice to you where required.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, you have rights to know, delete and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for using those rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically. See Your Privacy Choices.
To make a request, call (916) 903-6415 or use our contact form and include “Privacy request” in your message. We will verify the request before acting on it.
Children
This website is meant for dental practices and their staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
